Is the smaller amount enough for a full month of use?

Yes. Version 2.0 is stronger, so the recommended usage is 0.5 ml per session, compared to 1 ml per session with Version 1.0. Each vial still gives you 5 sessions, for a total of 15 sessions per month, just like before.
