Step 1 – Open the serum vial: Remove the plastic cap on top by lifting it off. Follow the arrow embossed on the cap to easily take off the metal seal. If applicable, remove the rubber stopper by hand to access the serum. Avoid twisting or prying forcefully to prevent damage to the vial.
Step 2 – Fill the device: Twist open the micro-infusion device to access the reservoir. Carefully pour in the serum, ensuring not to overfill; most devices require about 0.5 mL of serum. Close the device tightly by screwing the top back on securely.
Step 3 – Prime the device: Turn the device upside down and hold it in this position for about 2 minutes. This allows the serum to fully saturate the needles, ensuring the device is primed and ready for use.
